  What Format to Export from Vegas 8 for Pro 1.5

  Import is fine but all I get is 1 second of playback then it glitches(high piched audio and video compu gobbly gook) PP 1.5.1 seems to want only HDV 1080i in 29.97 / 25 and Vegas Only offers HDV 1080i -60i or -50i -24p intermediate any suggestions? I want the footage HD from Vegas and prefer not to render as mpeg thx G

  technically there is no “60i” in the HDV spec to my knowledge…its 29.97i…sometimes that nomenclature makes it into the labeling through some technical laziness…

  What specifically needs to be done? just load one clip of the edited timeline?

  I do know that it somehow seemed PPro has (in the past…not sure about CS4 yet) done something slightly ‘proprietary’ with HDV on ingest as Windows sees it as a different sort of file than say an HDV clip captured by Vegas or Edius…even though it technically seems to spec out the same…
