Delivering a PC movie to a MAC
Hi, I’m doing a freelance project working on a PC using Premiere Pro CS3. I will be delivering the finished product as QuickTime files to my client. She will be using a MacBook hooked up to a projector to display the movies.
I know that Mac and PC don’t get along, so what steps should I take to ensure that when I bring the final product to her, it will play on her Mac? Will it be in the burning process for the DVD? My settings in Premiere? I’d hate to arrive and not be able to show the work!

I’ve taken PPro CS3 projects to/from the MAC/PC several times, all with little or no issues.
The only thing you may encounter are certain filters/effects that exist on the PC that are not on the MAC version. Also, be sure you’re using fonts that the other platform also have installed.
Other than that, all the video and audio are compatible, and the project files open fine.
File paths, too, may be an issue. Try to keep all your assets in the folder where the PPro project lives.
