  Please Help, Problem with audio in Adobe Premiere Pro CS3 Extended

  Hello,
  I am new to using Adobe Premiere Pro CS3 Extended. I am currently editing a project and I am experiencing audio Problems. For some reason, I can only hear Audio over my PC from Track 1, when I turn the balance all the way over to Track 2, I hear nothing. Now,I know there is audio because I can see the green audio meter moving in Track 2 at what would appear to be a good level. Is this something to do with the software, or is it most likely an issue with my PC? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

  I have had an intermittent issue where an audio track wont play. Moving the audio to an different track solved it for me.
