  Is it true that you can only get the Dynamic Link feature of the new Adobe products by purchasing the Adobe Production Studio? That you can’t get Dynamic Link by just purchasing upgrades to your existing AE 6.5 and PP 1.5?

  By Dynamic Link, I am referring to the feature which allows you to import AE projects into PP, and vice versa, without having to render or even save.

  That is correct. You need to purchase the production studio to get the DL function, otherwise it won’t work.
