  video shifts and pixels

  PLEASE HELP, video that i import from other sources such as canned video and comps that i make in AE then import into premiere pro will jump or shift at random spots or i’ll get flashes of pixels , but the weird thing is when i play it back in media player it does it in the same spots, like the master clip has been infected.but it doesnt do any of this until i bring it in premiere pro. any suggestions.
