  Rendering a motion graphic

  Rendering to WMV (790 kbps) causes breaking up of the top and bottom of a moving horizontal bar in a Premiere Pro title. The bar is fairly low contrast relative to the background. The motion is about 4 sec with a key frame at the start and finish. Adding more key frames is awkward because of spacing for the motion, but certainly possible. Any suggestions?
