spot number question
I have made a :30 spot for a company and am dubbing it to beta. The company dubbing it is asking for the spot number- is there a general rule to applying a spot number?
This is their first spot. Would it be 0001? Any advice on your spot numbering format would be great.

Often, our clients request an “ISCI” code to be applied. Sometimes they supply it, other times, they don’t.
When they don’t, and they say to just make one up, we do just that. Usually, an ISCI code is a mixture of numbers or letters.
Ones we’ve used in the past are “CPYG-01 07/18” or the like. The first part is our internal job number, and the second is the month/day is was edited.
