  RE: ND Effects Filters in CS3?

  I am new to CS3 and have some over exposed footage. About a stop or two. I wanted to know if there are an ND filters I can lay on my footage to correct the exposure. I am trying the video effects, but I can’t find one for exposure.

  Reshoot. If not possible, try levels, but it won’t be good.
