  Firewire capture DVCPRO HD

  Hello,

  I’m trying to capture DVCPROHD via firewire from a Panasonic AJHD1400 deck. I’m in a DVCPROHD 720 24p project, and I have device control set to DV/HDV. The capture window is prompting me “Can’t activate recorder, try resetting camera.” Any suggestions? I have restarted the deck, the computer, the program, etc. It’s not only a control issue, I’m not seeing a video signal either.

  I have successfully captured from this deck via HD-SDI and my blackmagic device, but we are testing an alternate workflow…
