    Hi,
I have a SD footage shot with progressive scan on SONY PD 170. I edit it in Premiere CS3 and in the project everything is fine but when I export it, on interlaced monitor the video and audio are not synchronized. Obviusly I’m missing something, so please help. I realy liked the result in the picture with progressive scan and I want to use it again.

If your footage is progressief your project needs to be with no fields and exported with no fields.

The PD170 is interlaced. No progressive on that camera. Use 50/60i for capture and editing.
