switching between HD and SD footage
hi, i recently made a huge production that was shot in HD and SD
the hd camera was the primary camera (1080i 60i) and we shot it hd so we could have a clearer slow motion intro
the sd cameras have lots of good footage
is there a way to down convert the hd footage or other ways of editing the hd and sd footage to make one big piece

You can simply import the HD footage into your SD project and scale it down as required. You will find that sometimes you scale it to fit, and sometimes you scale it to get the best part of the larger frame into the smaller frame.
