I have a 2 hour concert shot in 24p & the audio was recorded @ 29.97. How do I get the audio to sync up to the 24p footage in a 24p project? I’ve tried some time stretching experiments but nothing has worked so far.

From working in Audition Audio is a length based sample rate quality driven format. If you have recorded the audio in 24 or 30 fps it will still run for the same length in time. That is what is important. You should be able to import the audio into Audition and change the timeline Display time format and then export it out as wav. It should work as 24fps when you bring it into the 24p project.
