Hi, I’m using “PREMIERE PRO CS3” for my editing.
My clips are in 1920 x 1080 50 fps NON-interlaced MP4 format directly from the video camera.
The problem seems to be that when I EXPORT them as AVI format using the DIVX 6.8 pro codec or XVID the following glitches occur…
    1) Semi pixelated frames throughout the video
    2) Blank frames appear once in almost every second.
    3) video stuttering

I have anti-flicker on for the clips and I’m exporting them at 25 fps.

I have tried the “Adobe Renderes” under export and that one seem to be working perfectly but giving me WMV files.
I want AVI files… is there any solution or am I doing something wrong !?
    Thank…

Premiere cannot export quality Xvid or Divx.

    GREAT… thanks.
What about any other software. I used to use ULEAD MEDIA STUDIO 8 but that 1 cannot import MP4 files.
Is there any 1 that can edit MP4 files n export a good AVI file !?

    Thanks.

Please excuse my ignorance if I’m wrong on this but can’t you just export it to uncompressed avi (or some other format, say mpg) and then use the DivX encoder to compress it?

Yes I can, I’ve thought about it.
BUT the files end up being too big n the entire thing becomes too space hogging n time consuming to be viable.
