  JVC HD110U frame rate issues

  I’m using CS3. I shot footage at 720p 24fps. I captured into a HD24p project and the clips in the project window say they are 24fps (23.976). When I put the clips on a timeline I get the red bar above (needs rendering)…why? Also, if I copy the clips and paste them into AE, it says the frame rate is 29.97. Whats that all about? Can somebody enlighten me?

  I have the same problems as you are, Im using the same equipment as you an I keep having the same issues and rare frame blending also, mostly in the movements
