  Importing into Pro CS3

  I have recently upgraded to CS3. However, I am having trouble importing into CS3 Pro with my Sony HDR-SR7 camera. The video will import but I cannot get the audio to import with it. I did not have any issues with this in CS2. Everything worked just fine. These are standard definition mpeg video/audio files. Any suggestions?

  I believe that the audio is Dolby, not mpeg and Premiere cannot import that. Encore can and some folks say that copying ad2ac3dec.dll from Encore’s program folder to Premiere’s will fix that.
  Premiere Elements which is built for consumer cameras can also handle that.
