  Reset Camera

  Help Wanted!!!

  Can anyone tell me why when I go to capture video from my HD20 canon I am getting a message that says (cant activate recorder try resetting camera)? Sometimes it will just see the camera and other times I get this message. Is there something I am doing wrong??

  One more question when I go to import a file into the squence window it does not give me a video clip to drag into the video editing section/window. It gives me a folder and will not let me drag this into the editing section.

  Any help I am a new user I think that is obvious.
