  Pano AG-DVX100a No Playback in PP2

  I have the Pano AG-dVX100a, this camera is about 3 years old or so. It shoots fine, (well good enough) When i goto digitize the footage though, the camera and the software do not like each other. The timecode is good.

  has anyone one else had an issue with this camera or the same issue with another?

  and what was the solution?

  Try going into the Device manager and uninstalling your firewire card, then reboot your computer.

  The computer should refind the card, install it.

  Sometimes this will clear up conflicts when trying to talk to firewire devices.
