  Emergency Flash Export Help Needed!!!

  I have to upload a video to Brightcove.com and I am new to that site. They want the upload to be Flash, 480×270 with a 100mb limit.

  My project in PP CS3 is 720×480 and 5 minutes long, 24p shot on Canon XL2.

  As you would expect, I need the quality to be as good as possible and fit within their limits.

  What export settings should I use?

  Also, in the project there is one scene where the video size is increased to 110% and rotated 5 degrees. When I export to flash video, it shows the parts of the scene that are outside the 720×480 settings so that the scene appears tilted. I don’t usually export to flash so I don’t know how to fix this.
