  Betacam off-the shoulder shooting

  I am a Washington DC based cameraman.
  An older, fellow cameraman friend, after so many years of doing off the shoulder work, has pulled something in his back, or neck, that has made his left arm unusable.

  His company is not helping much, and I am wonder if there are more people out there that have injuries, due
  to shooting off the shoulder.
