  can’t make new project

  When creating a new project in premiere 2.0 it fast exits. I tried deleting the preference file but that did not help.

  Sounds like you need to reinstall the application. I’d uninstall it completely, then reinstall it, rather than do a repair install as it might not correct the issue in a repair.
