  import mpeg into premeire pro

  New Sony Camcorder it creates mpeg file, import mpeg into pro plays fine but with no sound i can preview with sound in the monitor window but not when i play back the timeline. I have put an mp3 on the timeline and the mp3 play sound but not the mpeg.
  the sony records with dolby so it says on the side of it.

  Question what am i doing wrong it use to work fine on premeire 6 need help

  If you have to edit mpeg use Adobe Premiere Elements.
