  Play alert sound after encoding

  Hey everyone

  Is this a stupid question and apologies if it is, but is it possible to get Premiere Pro CS3 to play an alert sound when it finishes encoding.

  We use premiere a lot and have now set up a standalone station, and it would be easier to keep track of when it is free.

  Only if you use “Export Movie”. You can check “Beep when finished”. That setting is not available in the Adobe Media Encoder.
