  Starburst Graphic

  I saw a link somewhere before about how to achieve the starburst graphic that has shown up on a lot of adds. I cant remember where. It was either done in AE or illustrator.

  Hey,
  I usually create them in Photoshop although you can create them in AE with solids. In Photoshop you need to create a whole bunch of yellow rectangles which go from the top of your page to the bottom. Then you apply the polar co-ordinates filter to get the star-burst effect.

  how would I do that in illustrator so that I dont get the jagged edges? THanks

  Check the help for “continuously rasterize switch”.
