  Using/Taking upper half of frame

  I have now inset a 4:3 smaller video frame within a 4:3 video frame, but I only want to use, approximately, the upper 60% of the frame, rather than the full frame.

  I don’t want it scaled uniformly (proportionally) I want to pull up the bottom of the frame so that the video underneath can be seen. These are American Sign Language interpreters and I only need to see their hands and arms, from approximately waist up, while they were filmed down to approximately knee height.

  Any suggestions and wisdom appreciated.

  Hi Bill,
  been working on the tutorial I said i’d do about your Pic in Pic situation.
  To crop the bottom or any other side find the crop effect in the quick search box, add it to the clip, crop the bottom to your desired look.
