  Is this keyboard shortcut possible

  I’m trying to add a shortcut to adobe media encoder in Premiere CS3, and it doesn’t give me the option in the Keyboard Customization dialog box. So I’m assuming its not possible, which seems weird, because I know I use that function for every movie I make, and its aggravating having to browse through the menus to get to it. I just wanted to make sure I wasn’t missing anything.
