  please help, 720/50p AVI , projects settings?

  Hi there, your help will be appreciated!

  I shot on P2 cards, dumped on my PC, converted them to AVI type 2 with the DVRack 2.0 DVCPro Batch converter.

  The P2 viewer says it’s 720/50p, But the audio recorded, so it’s gotta be 25P (which the camera was set to, the audio did record) 50fps interlaced?

  In the project settings I selected custom settings,

  Editing Mode: Desktop
  Timebase: 25fps

  If I drop the footage in the timeline, it plays back to fast,

  If I interpret footage to 25fps it plays back slowmo.

  How do I get it to play back normal speed in a 25fps timeline?
