    Right…

After a hefty credit card payment and a night of fruitless trouble shooting, I’m still unable to use Premiere to make an AC3 properly.

5 wavs (mono) on a timeline. Go to export. Choose the Dolby option. Choose the Surcode codec. Choose the 2/3 option for surround.

Everytime we get a mass mix of all the tracks coming out of every speaker. We’ve tweaked things and then it’s made it worse, sometimes only getting the L & R, or just the centre speaker.

We tabbed on the LFE button on another export and gave it a ‘dummy’ track on the timeline, thinking this may help, but to no avail.

Any ideas? Is there something fundamentally basic we’re missing?
