    hi,

I got one long (15 Min) Masterclip here and now want to edit one shot in Aftereffects. How to get only the desired shot over there?

    I tried > sublip > make Masterclip
and then copy and paste into an AE Composition….

gives me the whole 15 Minutes (with the title of the Subclip)

what to do? really need to > Make Movie ?

If it is DV AVI, then Make Movie will work fine.

sure that works. But is there really no other way then sharing a subclip wit AfterEffects?

I was just telling you that it was OK to do it that way. I would put the subclip on a sequence, copy it, and then paste it into a comp’s timeline in AE.

It works for me in CS3.
