  Saving Problems

  Sometimes when I open up a project I’ve been working on in Premiere CS3, I try to save the work I’ve done on it and a pop up says that I can’t save and that I have to choose Save As instead. But even trying Save As won’t work. Sometimes Premiere opens up and the first thing I’ll do is try to save the project before I do any work on it, fearing that it’ll be one of the times I can’t save. How can I avoid this occasional inability to save?

  Dell w/ Core 2 Duo
  Windows XP Media Center
  SP2
  2GB RAM
  Nvidia GeForce 7900GS

  I’m having this same issue. It’s maddening. Sometimes saving causes it to crash.

  Also having that ever so wonderful Runtime Error, and the even more spectacular System Memory is low issue. Life is glowing right now, and so is my face.

  AMD Athlon 64,3000+, 2.01 GHz, 2.46RAMm, more HD than your mother…blah, blah….it can handle it.
