  Exporting from Premiere Pro to DVD

  I have edited a 35 min clip on Premiere Pro. It is finished and rendered. I have, however, difficulties in exporting it to DVD.
  Whenever I export it in high quality, the operation is stopped in the middle of the process and the computer gets stuck. I have to restart it.
  I am, however, successful in exporting it to DVD in low quality or recording it on MINI DV.
  How can I produce a high quality DVD without problem? I will be most grateful to receive you suggestions. Thank you!
