  Speeding up/Slowing Down Video

  Is there any way to alter a clip of video so that a zoom starts really fast, and as it pulls in closer, gets much slower? Is there a simple way to do this in AE? The actual footage of the zoom is a consistant speed throughout the entire clip. Thanks all.
