  Is this practical? advise

  Hi,
  As a home prosumer,
  1. Using prem pro cs3: will intel q6600, 2x500gb raid, 2gb ddr,and agp quadro fx3000, suffice to edit and output h.264 movs with reasonable fluidity? How about general output rendering times (basic editing,stereo sound,some color and levels filters)

  2. Are there online tut for workflow: HD with cs3 in, edit and thru encore out to blu-ray or std dvd?

  1. Yes, you should be OK with that system. Rendering times depend on a LOT of factors, so coming up with a number is often difficult.
