  Vista – Pro compatability

  Has anyone else heard of issues between Vista and Permier Pro compatability. An older version of Premier seems to be ok with Vista but Pro shows issues..

  If this is a Vista issue is there any way of getting around it?

  Wait for CS3 or revert to WinXP.

  The older versions didn’t require some of the same compatibility that Premiere Pro does, specifically the SSE2 stuff. So Premiere Pro checks the revision of Windows where the older ones didn’t.

  As stated…. Wait for CS3

  Also OpenGL doesn’t work the same in vista.
