  Missing media encoder window

  Hi!
  Whenever I open the Media Encoder in PP2 the window is missing. It is active somewhere in the background as I have to press Esc to continue working. Also pressing Enter brings me the “save as” menu. But the media encoder window is not visible. Have heard about similar problems on this forum but not shure about the remedy. Have tried deleting the preferences file but whithout result.
  Any ideas?

  Worse case, try uninstalling/reinstalling Premiere.

  Did you ever solve the, “missing Media Encoder Window?” I have this problem right now.
