ATTENTION ALL PPRO USERS: TEST TEST TEST!
PPRO is a fantastic product – the best in my opinion [for my usage and workflow – I’ve also used Avid, Liquid, Edius, Vegas on PC, and FCP on MAC]. But is it sufficiently reliable? Any product is useful only to the extent that bugs don’t inhibit productivity.
We’ve all suffered with bugs; and frustration when we can’t get those bugs fixed expeditiously.
Adobe has given us a small window of great opportunity here with CS3.
On the Adobe Labs website – where you download the CS3 beta (aka ‘preview’) there is also a discussion forum link. The first post on this forum in a bug reporting template. Adobe is monitoring this forum and responding to bug submissions. I don’t know how formal a [bug reporting – tracking – resolution] process this forum represents, but I’m greatful we have it!Take advantage of the opportunity given us and TEST, TEST, TEST! Then use the bug reporting template to report any and all bugs found.
Let’s make CS3 the most robust and reliable Premiere release ever!
