My footage appears non-interlaced, meaning, I am seeing the scan lines. How do I correct this problem? Is it a software, hardware or footage issue? Thanks, Dave

Interlaced means you are seeing the lines on a PC that should not be there on a Television.

If you want to get rid of them for web based projects, then deinterlace it. For the TV, just leave it be.
