  NNED HELP CAPTURING

  I have a Sony DCR-DVD505 camera, the kind that have dvd’s instead of tapes, and it will not allow me to capture the video onto adobe premier pro, any suggestions as to how I can accomplish this? Thanks!!

  That video was not intended to be edited. Just play the DVD you created.

  Or, if you feel you must, you could try copying the *.VOB files over to your hard drive, rename them to *.mpg and try it that way. You would be happier trying that in Premiere Elements, I believe. It is consumer video, not for professionals.
