When I go to Expot a 3 minute picture slide show to a quicktime file it takes about an hour. I cant get ti to go faster and I’ve been told that thats not right. could someone please help me?! You could run the Premiere Pro 2.0 benchmark and compare your scores to other PCs. It might show a bottleneck somewhere.

It could be that you are using stills that require you to scale them down to under 50%. That is a reasonably well known bug that causes long render times.
