    DVD video has several limitations;
    1. 4.3 GB space on the disc
    2. Although the DVD specs limit combined video and audio bitrate to 9.8 mBps, most of us dont go much over about 8.5 mBps. Using Premiere to encode both limits your video bitrate to about 7 mBps…just use the PAL DV 4:3 High Quality 7 MBps CBR one pass preset. (providing your movie is less than an hour).
