  Grainy look to video

  I use Premiere Pro 2 and when I use Video Effects folder, Adjust, and apply Shadow and Hilight to a clip, it lightens up, but it looks grainy. Is there any way to remove the grainy look from a video clip?

  Do you have After Effects? If so, you can use the remove grain filter. Works very well but it is a render hog. To get an idea on how to use it there is a tutorial on the disk that came with 6.5.

  I do have After Effects, just haven’t worked with it yet, but I will.
