  What kind of video card are you using ? Does it have an overlay option ?

  I use a DSR 40 without any issues…

  Can you capture to an internal drive Ok? Are your video card drivers the latest?

  I had actually tried capturing to the computer’s internal drive and recieved the same problem. The video card is something I haven’t looked into though. Hmmmm… Let me check that and I’ll get back to everyone. Thanks, Stewart

  Downloaded the latest drivers for the video card, an NVIDIA Quadro FX 1000. Seems to be working fine now. Thanks.
