  Simple question : blurring out a region in PP2

  Is there a simple way to ‘blur’ out a face in pp2? (without using additional plug ins or card based fx)?
  What I need is a simple way to blur out some text on a blackboard in a shot(without covering it up with a solid). Thanks for assistence.

  Make a duplicate of your clip and add it to the track above it. Ad the crop filter and size it to the area you want to cover up. Then add a mosaic effect to that clip.
