    I have been told two different things about using licensed music in video projects that are not for broadcast. 1)It is O.K. to use any music as long as the video is not for broadcast purposes. 2) You can only use licensed music if you pay for it. Which is correct? Thanks. Trying to avoid a lawsuit.
