  masking question

  hi,
  i have a old movieclip of me moving with no background, (i masked me out)
  now i dont have the project file with the mask left but is there a way to make a new mask around me automatically? since there is no backround around me I presume after effect could add a mask automatically around the person on the clip.
  i try making new mask but it only masks the whole pictureframe..
  hope you understand and thx i advance!!

  i simply need the mask so that i can copy it and use it in another clip..
  english isnt my first language so ill save my time explaining what it is im doing so you have to take my word when i say i need that mask 😉

  Dave, what if he want a mask around the object because of feathering?
