  Can’t close Premiere

  When I close Premiere Pro 2, I look in the Task Manager and it is still running. Then I try to end the process in Task Manager and it does not respond. Other programs (like After Effects) respond to the “end process” command, but not PP2. I can only end the process by rebooting. ???

  I have seen this when a DV device attached is still turned on and connected. Try turning off your camera or A/D converter first.
