  Prem Pro for 16mm?

  Hey all,

  I haven’t touched Premiere since v6.5 – does Pro 2 support key/edge numbers for matchback?

  I am potentially starting a 2-month stint offlining a project on DV with a view to finishing on film. Project is supplying the editing system.

  Will I be able to generate a cutlist with Prem Pro, or should I be advising a different post-path? I’ve seen on the other posts that even a simple EDL may be problematic…

  Premiere Pro will generate an EDL without any problems. If you hear the Premiere Pro podcast (https://www.creativecow.net/appodcast), there is an episode where I interview Jacob Rosenberg. He goes over some of the improvements made in the application, such that it better handles film.
