I recorded a video in 4×3 but I’d like to make it more cinematic and view it in 16×9 letterbox.I am using Adobe Premiere Pro 2.0. Anyone know how I’d do that. or have a link…cause I dont mind reading it.

Oh and I forgot to add that I’d like to do this for video that I’ll put online. Not on a DVD player

There is a template in the titler window that will letterbox your frame.

    Just to add…
I did try using the template from the titler. It works fine after rendering the video but when i dump it into dvd and play it on tv, it started to flicker. Does anyone know why?

So what i did was to do a letterbox on Photoshop and import it as a layer. It worked!
