  MPEG-1 Export Problem

  Hi,
  We have Premiere Pro 2.0 with an AJA Xena 2k capture card.
  We have had problems exporting an anamorphic SD PAL AVI as a widescreen MPEG-1.
  It seems the Adobe Media Encoder is a bit buggy but perhaps I am doing something wrong.

  Just to recap. We have a widescreen PAL AE project (1024×576)
  We render it out at 720×576 ie anamorphic.

  We are trying to render an MPEG-1 for approval purposes in Premiere Pro. When we try to export the avi as an MPEG-1 at 512×288 the edges get cut-off. When we change the interpret footage pixel aspect ratio settings from widescreen to square it sometimes works but not always.

  Has anyone got any ideas?
