  Burn in HDTV

  1- If I had shoot in MiniDV….Edited in PP2 as normal avi…
  The question is: What prog could burn this footage in Hd assuming I have a HD burner?? I don’t see Encore have this capabilities.

  2- If this is possible , do I gain some benefits in quality matters to be noticed in a HD TV?

  3- How I can create a color white surrounded difumination around a couple so only the faces are clear and all the rest around they is in a progressive white transparent?
