  Serious Magic Acquired by Adobe

  I posted this over in the DV Rack forum, but thought I’d post it here, too. Adobe acquired Serious Magic, the people who made DV Rack, Ultra, and a few other cool apps. This seems like a pretty nice acquisition for Adobe. If they integrate elements from DV Rack and Ultra into Premiere Pro–this just became an even more cool editing app. Can’t wait to see how this works out.
